If you need transportation of goods in Denmark, you probably need recommendations. You've come to the wrong place. I recommend you to not make use of JH Transport Aps.
In our experience, JH Transport Aps makes promises, takes the profit and does not deliver the services.
In short, we purchased an antique bureau from a Danish auction house 12 Jun 2007, paid the bureau the same day and ordered and paid for transportation at JH Transport Aps the day after. We received it 20 Jul 2007. And not on initiative by JH Transport Aps.
JH Transport Aps had several times promised us delivery of our bureau at specified and mutually agreed dates without delivering and without ever communicating to us. We had several times called JH Transport Aps, most recently to tell the company that our patience had expired. The only reaction was that they could deliver our bureau in our car port, contrary to the contract stating precisely that JH Transport Aps would deliver the goods in our house according to a mutual agreement made in advance on JH Transport Aps's initiative.
What triggered the delivery was actually our daughter who came home on vacation, realised the problem, called JH Transport Aps with the same result that we had, but she insisted and found the phone number of the managing director and called him 19 Jul 2007. The day after, the bureau was delivered.
Our conclusion: If you have transportation needs in Denmark, Don't use JH TRansport Aps, unless you are prepared to spend 5 ½ weeks and call the managing director to get your goods.
